The Benefits of Meditation



Meditation has long been a practice of Buddhists in order to change how the mind works. However, this practice has now become the latest fad with over 30 million Americans meditating on a regular basis. Research has shown that there are significant health benefits of meditation, including:

    Sup?. How have you been?Am fortunate that I found this thread. I would like to contribute in return for the things I learned here from the article. Four years ago my husband was diagnosed with Dissociative Fugue. The diagnosis was a huge blow for everyone in the family especially for my Great-great grandfather.
